    To top it off, i didn't even get the complimentary upgrade i deserve. Absolutely unacceptable. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't. What a shame for a supposedly high-end hotel!

    Thank you guys for a great stay for 1 night. I liked my room - huge and light with very comfotable bed. The staff are accommodating and pleasant and offer concierge service, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I would stay here again thanks to secluded location.

    The check-in process was infuriatingly slow. It took forever to get our room ready after we arrived. The staff seemed overwhelmed by our arrival, disappointing. We noticed that there were limited dining options available during peak hours, and the service was lacking promptness.

    The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the kids had a blast on the water slides. Our room was spacious with a fine ocean view. Breakfast was delicious, and the spa treatments left us feeling rejuvenated. Especially masud and yousuf, were attentive.
